An introduction to the program:
"This program contains a simple algorithm to help choose your course’s pin placements
so that the overall difficulty of playing each pin is the one you established." -= Elijah =- 

Follow the steps below . . . 

Download the Setup Installation file:
PinPosPal Installer Program

Then make a folder on your system that you want to install it into.
Might be something like this :

C:/PinPosPal

Then double click the PinPosPal.zip file you doanload above,
and extract the contents into the folder you made above of :

C:/PinPosPal

Next browse to the folder you extracted to and you will see the files,
right click the one called "PinPosPal.exe" and slide down to:
"Send To" and then go to
"Desktop (create shortcut)"
clicking this will add a shortcut to run the program from your Desktop
and anytime you want to use the PinPosPal Program just click the new icon.

Also in the folder you extracted the files into you will find a file called, "Pin Pos Pal.pdf"
that you will find more information on how to best use the program.
