This course is located on the banks of Lake Michigan on the Indiana boarder, in the Indiana Dunes State Park.

The course was originaly laied out by two northern Indiana farmers, William 'Smitty' Smith and his son Wallace 'Buck' Smith in the late 40's
note: (These are respectivly my Father and older Brother.)    ;)

The course sat for about 26yr. from 1982 - 2008 and was not taken care of or played on.

Then in late 2008 two of Smitty's other sons, Dave 'Snuffy' Smith and Terry 'Turk' Smith, (my younger brother),
took over the area and started getting it back into a playable condition.

We do not have any new shots of the overheads of the course or holes at this time,
all we have are some old Black and White shots that were taken back in 1952 by Smitty,
while flying over the course in his Piper Cub Crop Duster plane.
So all the Overheads are old Black & Whites.

Hopefully we will have some newer shots before the course re-opens.
The course is a PAR-70 and has a placement of 5 pins per hole.
